JP Alex is the best yoga teacher I’ve had
Alex I just want to say thank you for your help, support motivation and energy since I’ve attended your HIIT and yoga sessions. I’ve moaned at you (cursed you) and at times, dreaded coming but you have been unfailingly supportive . I am so pleased to be noticing a huge improvement in my fitness, health and well-being levels.
Nothing brings this home more than my recent cross country event with my young horse. Not only was I able to get him round, I was able to sustain a good pace, strong position and could still breathe at the end!! At the beginning of the season this is unheard of for me. I would recommend you to anyone who wants to improve their fitness or mobility and look forward to improving even more in the future.
Alex is a fantastic trainer and coach – her classes and personal training are challenging, fun and informative, and she always manages to cater for the individual, working with any areas that do or don’t need focus and providing the encouragement and focus to work through and succeed. In addition there are lots of laughs along the way, which is always a bonus! Thoroughly recommend.
After moving house I was looking to replace circuit training with something local and joined a HIIT class run by Alex. The circuit training was a big group and was a little intimidating – assuming you knew what to do at each station – if you didn’t the instructor had no chance of getting around to see everyone so essentially you missed it out or risked injury.
I’ve found the class run by Alex to be more personal and targeted with time upfront to discuss any niggles and lots of guidance and advice throughout whatever your ability.
There’s always good banter and with nowhere to hide 🙂 you’ll know you’ve been! I’ve really benefited and can’t recommend it highly enough but don’t take my word for it, come see for yourself
