I’m not very bendy, can I still do yoga?

Yes! Yoga is for every body.
Yoga: calm is suitable for all abilities.
Yoga: strong is suitable if you are generally active, no actual yoga experience required.

What clothing is suitable?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in freely, layers are good as you can get warm. Leggings or tracksuit bottoms are ideal, with whatever you find comfy on your top half. Ladies I recommend you wear a comfortable, supportive sports bra.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

There are mats you can use at the studio, or bring your own mat if you’d like to.

What happens if I get thirsty at yoga?

Bring a bottle of water with you, you can top it up at the studio.

Does sports massage hurt?

No! Sports massage can be very gentle.
