Yoga originates from many thousands of years ago. It has successfully transcended generations and cultures to be relevant today.
My yoga teaching focuses on Hatha yoga, the physical elements of strength, mobility and breathing.
No chanting, no hugging strangers and no incense!
I offer the following classes at Alex fit studio
Monday 10am – 11am | yoga: strong | Energising yoga to build strength and muscle control |
Monday 7-8pm | yoga: strong | Energising yoga to build strength and muscle control |
Wednesday 6.45-7.45pm | yoga: strong | Energising yoga to build strength and muscle control |
Wednesday 8-9pm | yoga:calm | A gentle session to unwind mid-week. (both in studio, or online so you can yoga in your pyjamas) |
